What Is This
OCD is a lottery on Solana. You deposit tokens into a pool. When the draw triggers, Switchboard VRF picks a winner on-chain. Winner gets everything. We don't touch the money. We can't. The code won't let us. That's it. No staking, no NFTs, no governance tokens, no roadmap. Just draws.
